About Draw & Annotate: free, private and in your browser

Draw & Annotate lets you write on a PDF: type text, draw freehand, highlight lines, add rectangles, ovals and lines, insert pictures, and erase or undo mistakes. Pick a colour and thickness, move to any page, and download the marked-up file. It works with a mouse, a pen or a finger, and everything runs in your browser, so your document and your marks are never uploaded. It is free, with no sign-up and no watermark. Use it to fill in a paper-style form that has no interactive fields, mark corrections on a draft, highlight key sentences for study, or add a stamp or note before sharing. Text supports many languages, including Hindi. The marks are placed on the page as part of the page picture, so they cannot be edited later; keep your original if you may need to change them. For forms with real fields, use Fill PDF Form, and for signatures, use Sign PDF. On phones, drawing blocks scrolling inside the page area.
