About Merge PDF & Text: free, private and in your browser
Merge PDF & Text adds typed or pasted text pages to a PDF and joins everything into one document in the order you choose. Write a cover note, a table of contents or a declaration, place it before or after your PDFs, and download the combined file. The work is done in your browser, so your documents and your text are never uploaded and stay private. It is free, with no sign-up and no watermark. This is useful for adding a cover letter to an application, a summary page to a report, or notes that explain an attachment. Text pages use standard PDF fonts and are laid out with sensible margins and line breaks. If your text uses scripts such as Hindi, Arabic or Chinese, the page is drawn as a picture so the characters display correctly, though that text is not selectable. Original PDF pages are copied unchanged. For formatted documents, convert from Word with Word to PDF, and for plain joining of PDFs, use Merge PDF.
