Fill PDF Form opens a fillable PDF, shows its fields on top of the page, and lets you type, tick boxes and choose from lists before downloading the completed file. It supports text boxes, multi-line fields, check boxes, radio buttons and drop-downs across multiple pages. Everything runs in your browser, so your personal details and the form are never uploaded. It is free, with no sign-up and no watermark. You can optionally flatten the form so the answers become permanent and cannot be edited later. Please note that it only works with PDFs that contain interactive fields; a plain or scanned document has none, and the tool will tell you so and suggest Draw & Annotate for typing on top of the page instead. Always open the result in a PDF viewer to double-check each answer before sending. For adding a signature, use Sign PDF, and to lock a filled form, use Flatten PDF. Large forms depend on your device’s memory.
